It's officially back to school time, and around this time of year, I like to go to my recipe archive and see what recipes I can make that will really simplify my life during the upcoming school year. One of my favorite things to make for my family is seafood. As a busy mom. Seafood is super easy to make on a whim. It thaws out super fast and doesn't require too much time to cook.
