Are you ready? I am so looking forward to the revenge filled, gritty and Dark television show. I screen the premier and had to watch it a couple of times. It looks like it's suspense filled and is going to have so many twist and turns. I am so happy that I am actually watching the TV show and not living in it. I can't imagine how horrible the living conditions were. Not being able to select which school I wanted to attend and having the wear dresses all the time is so not me. I love to wear dresses by choice. Not because I have to. I love how this show has a couple of familiar faces. Jonathan Pryce, Oona Chaplin, and Michael Kelley just to name a few. Looking forward to watching this show with the Mister. I know he's going to love it.

Happy Holidays everyone! Sharing one of my favorite adult recipes to enjoy during the holiday season. I tried this recipe several years ago and love it. I know that there are some many versions of this recipe. I love that this recipe does not require any eggs. I've already wanted to try making eggnog at home. However, I can't get past making homemade eggnog at home with actual raw egg in it. One day though. Or maybe I'll make a vegan alternative. I'll keep you guys posted. Anywho, in the video below I share step by step how I make this super easy recipe.

Recipe 

Ingredients (Recipe adapted from)

• 1 can coconut cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 can of coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 200 ml Rum
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

Instructions: (4-6 PEOPLE)

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 5 minutes.
2. Refrigerate. (Good for up to a week.)
3. Serve cold, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 Do you make your own pie crust? 

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 12 tablespoons (very cold) unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 cup ice water
• 1/3 cup (very cold) vegetable shortening

Directions

1. Take the flour out of the freezer and place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse a few times to mix. 
2. Take the butter and shortening out of the freezer and add it to the flour mixture. Pulse 8 to 12 times, until the butter is the size of peas. 
3. With the machine running, pour the ice water down the feed tube and pulse the machine until the dough begins to form a ball.
4.  Dump out on a floured board and roll into a ball. 
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (or freeze until you're ready to use it.)
6. Cut the dough in half. Roll each piece on a well-floured board into a circle, rolling from the center to the edge, turning and flouring the dough to make sure it doesn't stick to the board. Fold the dough in half, place in a pie pan, and unfold to fit the pan. Repeat with the other crust.
