- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Shrimp (raw or cooked)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for stir-frying
- few drops of Sesame oil
Preparation:
Wash and drain the bean sprouts, (trimming the ends if desired.)
Add oil to a heated wok or heavy skillet. When oil is ready, add garlic once tenter add shrimp and bean sprouts and stir-fry until the shrimp are cooked. Add the soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir-fry another few seconds and add the sesame oil. Serve hot.
