Crockpot: Honey BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Happy Wednesday! Can you believe I've never made pulled pork sandwiches before? I know these are a staple during the summer months, I grew up eating pork and rib sandwiches. However, my mom never made pulled pork. I honestly never realized how easy it is to make, and it's actually perfect for busy moms. I placed everything in my crockpot, and by dinner time I had a meal for my family. I opted to add more BBQ sauce to top the sandwiches with. I also placed this pork tenderloin on the boil for a few minutes, just to add a little texture, this is completely optional though. I love that this recipe is super easy to make and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. I also opted to use the Hawaiian Ball Park rolls, my family loves them!
