Sticky Herb Chicken
I couldn't wait to share this recipe with you guys. I've been in the kitchen a lot lately developing recipes. Today I made a vegan crepe with a coconut cream filling stuffed with strawberries and it was AMAZING! I made two for myself and had both of them (judgment free zone). Yesterday I made a chocolate breakfast cake and I'm not even a chocolate lover and this cake was so mouth watering. Thinking about having a slice right now. But I've already prepped for my black bean sweet potato burger. This is my first time making this so I'm super excited and nervous at the same time. However, my regular black bean burgers my family devours and they're meat eaters.
I had on my menu plan to make the Best Ever Drumsticks and even though that was the plan. I pretty much make that recipe every week (yes, it's that good) the family wasn't complaining about me making. However, why not try something new for a change?
I made this recipe and I was a little hesitant about giving it to the Mister. He knows how to cook and he knows what good food is so I'm always like “do you like it?!” If he doesn't like it the recipe doesn't make it to the blog. I only want to share with you guys recipes that my family LOVES. The Mister had a drumstick fresh out of the oven and he raved about it. Thus, the reason that we have another drumstick recipe that your family will love. I will say that hopefully the next time I try this recipe I'll try putting it in the crock pot. I didn't have the time today. However, I can just imagine how yummy it will taste in the crock pot. Also, the Mister likes his meat well done. So I pretty much over cooked this chicken if you're wondering why mines may look a little darker than yours.
Anywho, have you tried any new recipes lately?
