A couple of years ago. I tried garlic noodles while in California. I wish I could remember the name of the restaurant. It was so nice inside and the food was delicious. They served my beverage in mason jars and I remember having the oysters as an app which was so delicious too. I'm one of those people that likes to recreate the recipes that I have at restaurants and boy did this recipe did not disappoint. I love how super easy this recipe is and it's great for meal planning as well. Anywho, if you haven't tried garlic noodles and you love garlic. This is a must try.

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Directions

Cooke the noodles based on the directions. Drain and set aside. in a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Prepare the garlic sauce using a saute pan on medium to low heat. Add the butter and butter into the pan and when it melts, add the garlic and saute until aromatic but not browned. Add all the seasonings into the pan, stir to combine well. Transfer the garlic sauce into a small bowl.

  1. My teenage son loves noodles, especially oriental noodles. He also enjoys cooking and baking. I've pinned this recipe for him. I think this would be a healthier alternative than the ramen noodles he likes to eat, and this would be something he could easily make himself.
