Vegan Fall Recipes

Now that it’s officially Autumn. It’s really been pumpkin everything around these parts. I typically, have my favorite pumpkin waffles at least every day of the week. They’re so yummy, filling, and do not require a lot of preparation time. At times I even have them for dinner as well, with warm maple syrup. Yes, please! I wanted to compile a list with some of my favorite recipes to enjoy during the fall months. As I’m typing this post. I realized that I never shared with you guys my homemade chai latte recipe. No worries, I should be making my first batch really soon. I love to have it on hand. Seeing how I typically make a chai latte daily, I like to make enough to last an entire week. Trust me, once you've had a good chai latte, it's hard to go back to the store brought kind. Anywho, All of the recipes that I've included in this roundup doesn’t require a lot of time and preparation and is super easy to make on a whim. These are recipes that I make on a regular basis for myself and are perfect for non-vegans too.

Do you have a favorite fall recipe?
