Menu Plan Monday: Week of 5/5/17
Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Last Friday my two oldest celebrated their Senior prom and 8th Grade Dance. I can’t believe this time next year that I will have a college freshman and a high school freshman. I’m super excited and nervous at the same time. The weather has been so weird lately in my state. Can you believe on Tuesday the high is going to be in the 50s? The norm is the 70-degree weather mark. This cold weather defiantly reflects the meals that I've selected to make for my family this week.
Weekly I plan on having a no cook day which will consist of leftovers or a really simple meal. I typically do not incorporate these days in my meal plan because my family really doesn’t like leftovers. I typically will cook what they will eat for the night and not make extras. I hope to try a new recipe this week, I use my menu plan as a guide. It’s always subject to change.
Menu Plan: 6/6/17
Monday: SpaghettiTuesday: Garlic Ranch Chicken w/ rice and veggies
Wednesday: Teriyaki Salmon w/ rice and veggie stir-fry
Thursday: Tuna Casserole
Friday: Kielbasa w/ red beans and rice
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Baked Ziti w/ garlic bread and salad
