(No Bake) Energy Snack
I hope you guys are having a fabulous day so far! If you guys have noticed, I have been trying to eat a little healthier. After going online, I saw numerous recipes for no bake energy bites and I knew I had to give them a try and put my own little twist to them. They are super yummy and you can pretty much put whatever you want in the recipe. From dried cranberries to white or dark chocolate I opted to not go with chocolate due to me using the sweetened coconut flakes. I hope you guys enjoy this yummy treat!
Recipe
(makes 18-20 ball)
adpated from: via
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup raisins

ReplyDeleteDO THEY WORK?! I'm in dire need of energy food!!! Haha. And this looks like it beats the 5hour energy crap I've been taking. I need something good and healthy to help me wake up for my 4am shifts!
