A few years ago I embarked on a healthy lifestyle journey, and I pretty much cut out refined sugar and flour from my diet. You will notice that a lot of these recipes are refined sugar-free and flourless.  What I love about these recipes is that they can be made on a whim, and you can enjoy them guilt-free.
