Detox Ginger Lemonade Recipe

My Story

Like most women, I struggle with my weight and eating healthy, and detoxing on regular basis. Don’t get me wrong “I love the skin I’m in” however, I do watch my weight and for my height, I'm actually considered a little heavy in America’s standards. But who cares about those anyways? I’ve noticed that as I’ve gotten older and my eating habits have changed. My metabolism has changed as well. It honestly feels like I was able to control my weight a lot better when I ate meat. Instead of complaining about my weight and back fat. I plan on taking baby steps to ensure that I create better eating habits and thus live a better lifestyle.

Don’t get me wrong. I was never was even remotely close to a six pack as a child or even in my teenage years. However, I don’t want that to hinder me from making better choices. I do plan on doing more detoxes this year as well. I found this recipe and what I love most about this drink is that it assists with bloating and provides nutrients while doing so. Instead of having just plain water. You actually get the best of both world with this drink. Since I had everything on hand I didn't have to run to the store and I was able to instantly try this recipe. Of course whenever I'm drinking a beverage that has lemon in it. I try my best to use a straw. I also love how simple this recipe is to make.

Ingredients

Raw Honey: You can purchase raw honey from pretty much anywhere. I actually saw a bottle at my local Aldi’ for under $7. What I love about honey is that

Lemon: One of my favorite benefits of lemons is that they boost collagen to assist with keeping your skin flawless.

Ginger: Ginger is a natural inflammatory. It has great benefits in assisting with nausea.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple Cider Vinegar is a great source of potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
