How I Saved On My Trip To Houston
I’m officially on my first trip of the year, and I could wait to share with you the ways that I saved on this trip. It was nice to get back in the swing of traveling. I utilized so many great ways to save during this trip. How I Saved On My Trip To Houston
Flight
I saved on my flight booking with Spirit Airlines. I also opted out of selecting my seat, and I utilized the Spirit App to not have to pay to have my boarding pass printed.
Lyft
I used Lyft for my transportation due to my credit card company offering a better cashback rate with them. I also saved by not needing a Lyft at that very moment. You can typically save with Lyft scheduling your service, and by also not needing your Lyft at that very moment.
Hotel
I saved on my hotel by booking through HotelTonight. I stayed at two different hotels during this trip, and I also booked through the hotel's website and utilized my AAA membership.
Rewards
I cashed in some of my rewards with apps like FetchRewards for Starbucks gift cards.
