Menu Plan Monday: Week of 9/17/18 + Weekend Recap
Happy Monday! I hope you had an amazing weekend. We had absolutely gorgeous weather over the weekend. It’s bittersweet because it’s already starting to get dark sooner. My weekend was great though. Michael had a football game on Friday and Saturday. Which was so exciting, I love football so I'm all for it. I’m getting the hang of my Healbe tracker. It’s so convenient to have the information sync on my phone. I also participated in the Coastal Cleanup which was pretty cool. It’s always great to give back to the environment.
Anywho, How was your weekend?

I have houseguests this week visiting from another country and I needed a few more ideas to round out my menu. The stuffed shells sounds like a great option.
ReplyDeleteI think I'll just go ahead and invite myself over on Sunday for stuffed shells. It's my favorite meal :)
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, you reminded me I needed to make a menu plan since I'm going to the grocery store in a bit. I just hate to cook. Ugh. I want to shout, "Everyone is on their own this week!' and watch everyone panic.
ReplyDeleteIf I made fried chicken my family would be so happy. We don't do fried foods very often, but as a treat I just might have to make them up some good old fashion fried chicken.
ReplyDeleteThe salmon alfredo sounds good. I have only made chicken alfredo before and it is one of my favorite dishes. Plus I love salmon!
ReplyDeleteI like the sound of the best chicken ever with rice and veggies. I think I may make this for dinner one night this week!
ReplyDeleteI really need to get back into meal planning. These look like some really tasty recipes for the week.
ReplyDeleteI need to start meal planning. I am spending way to much by planning at the last minute plus, I'm not eating the healthiest.
ReplyDeleteI always love your weekly menus. Every meal sounds hearty and delicious. Salmon alfredo is something I'd love to try.
ReplyDeleteNow this sounds like a great week of menu items! I think I would love the best chicken ever I totally need to try that.
ReplyDeleteI need to adopt a menu plan. That way I can stay ahead of schedule!

ReplyDeleteSounds like and easy and delicious menu. Salmon Alfredo and Garlic Bread is something that everyone will love in my family!
ReplyDeleteA well thought menu plan indeed. All of those sound delicious and I am definitely want to try Salmon Alfredo and Shrimp Stir Fry. YUM!
ReplyDeleteBeen thinking of some stuffed shells a while ago and reading your menu plan makes me be reminded of it. I guess I need to include this on my grocery list.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever menu planned, LOL....I'm sure it would make cooking easier, though.
ReplyDeleteWe have such a hard time assigning meals to days. What if we don't feel like meal that day?! I admire you meal planning.
