Last week I decided to try something new and only use the items I had on hand. My family only eats poultry that meant creating a meal with chicken as the main ingredient. I had cream of mushroom and fresh mushrooms on hand. I searched on
Pinterest
and could not find a recipe to my liking. So I decided to create my own meal in the crock pot. It was too hot outside to use the oven, Plus, I am in love with my crock pot. The Mister raved about this meal. I paired this dish with white rice and broccoli. As you can see, the juices make a nice gravy. I opted not to thicken it due to being lazy. However, you could whip up some gravy too.
Recipe aka “What I did” Meals feeds up to four my family it equaled two
