DIY Lip Scrub

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m all about myself here and I typically have my self-care days on Sunday. I noticed that I use lip treatments however I haven’t used a lip scrub in a while. I decided to create my own DIY. And boy am I so happy that I did. Not only does this little scrub have my lips feeling super soft and plump. This lip scrub also tastes amazing because it’s made with everyday food that you typically eat. I love that I don’t have to worry about what I’m putting on my body. This lip scrub has simple ingredients and of course, you can add your own options like essential oil, vitamin E or anything else that you like. However, I kept this recipe super simple and the results are just amazing, my lips still super soft. I also love that you can use this scrub once a week or three times a week. Pretty much whatever works for your schedule. This lip scrub will also last for up to two weeks. I love that you can make a small batch to fit your needs. Especially with the winter months being so harsh on our skin, it is so nice to have your lips refreshed with this lip scrub. I also love this recipe that you can either simply use your finger or a toothbrush to apply the scrub with. However, it’s pretty much whatever your preference is.
