Happy Monday! It's officially spring, and hopefully, this is my last post of this season with snow in it. It was gorgeous this weekend in Connecticut. We had temps in the high 50's which is pretty much felt like a warm spring day in my car. I spent the weekend running errands and doing some yard work, and gardening. I added cabbage, and I believe arugula to my winter sowing jug collection. I started a lot of arugula plants last year, and some of them didn't grow or I allowed them to dry out. Well, some of those plants decided to come up this spring. I repotted it in my water containers...It was nice to just be outside this weekend, working in my garden, yard, and simply enjoying the warmer weather...
