Blogher'18 Creators Summit Recap

by - 8/15/2018 12:00:00 AM

Last week I had the amazing opportunity to attend Blogher'18 Creators Summit. Since the start of my blogging journey back in September 2011. I've always been fascinated with various ways to improve my blogging skills. Back in August 2012. I attended my first BlogHer in NYC. It was honestly a mind-blowing experience. I connected with so many like-minded women and brands. I believe that event was one of the largest Blogher's I left that Blogher filled with so much drive and inspiration. Last year I attended BlogHer'17 in Orlando. It was such an amazing event and I connected with so many amazing bloggers and brands. I honestly could not wait to attend Blogher'18 and in the fall I learned about Blogher'18 Health. It was the first Blogher Health and with my recent lifestyle change, I felt it was important that I attended this summit. I love everything about BlogHer Health from the speakers to connecting with brands. Attending this event honestly made me beyond excited about attending the Creators Summit. I think I was one of the first people to purchase my ticket. I feel that the SheKnow's team went above and beyond my expectation with this submit. I loved the grab and go theme for Breakfast and lunch. They even had vegan options too which I loved. Plenty of seating at the venue. No long lines for the bathrooms. Awesome brands and I was able to connect with some pretty amazing entrepreneurs, bloggers, and influencers. Below I'm sharing a recap of my amazing day!

  6. I didn't make it to BlogHer this year *sigh* It's always a favorite. I read the transcript of Gabrielle Union's talk and OMG as if I needed yet another reason to love her. I hope her candidly sharing her struggles with fertility helps someone. Looks like you really enjoyed the conference.

  14. It looks like you had an amazing time! One of these years, I'm going to go to BlogHer. I'm super shy in real life, though, so I have to really talk myself into it. I'm still working on it after like 8 years of blogging, lol.

  18. Every single time I think I have the opportunity to attend a blogging conference, something comes up. I thought for once that I would be able to attend one in Denver and it turns out we'll be in another state at that time. One day, if I have anything to do with it, I will attend one. Blogher tends to be pretty expensive though.
