BBQ Cauliflower

So while I was minding my business I seen this recipe online for crack cauliflower on Facebook. To be honest, I've tried and seen so many recipes for cauliflower that claim to be super yummy and in my opinion that are super nasty. I'm just being honest. The recipes wave to be the best EVER and the just lack everything to me. They're super mushy and have no taste to them. I only share recipes that I've tried and love. I also only share recipes that my family loves as well.

If
we're not all in agreement I just don't share the recipe. Trust me, I've tried many recipes that haven't made it to the blog. I purchased this cauliflower I believe for the veggie lasagna I made. I didn't add it due to being lazy. I just didn't feel like cutting the cauliflower up. I noticed that I had the cauliflower in the fridge after the seeing the recipe the night prior. Honestly, if the recipe failed it was going to be OK and I would move forward. Heck, how many recipes I've tried and didn't like? It's all
apart of
being a blogger. I meal prepped a couple things for me so it wouldn't be a biggie. I cut the cauliflower up and followed the directions. If you know me, that means, I followed the directions somewhat and had to watch the video provided after watching the video prior to starting this recipe. **sigh**

I placed the cauliflower in the oven and started with the sauce.
I placed the cauliflower in the oven and started with the sauce.
Once
the cauliflower was done I tossed it in the BBQ sauce mixture. I tried the first one and it was amazing. It was so good that I had to share it with my son. He was unsure about trying it because he's not the biggest cauliflower fan. Of course after he tried it he asked for more, and of course being a mom I told him that I thought you said it was going to be nasty.
Boop
! Seeing how I don't eat meat, it was nice to have a good BBQ meatless treat. Honestly, I would make these again prior opting to purchase the meatless chicken that the stores sell. (trust me, not all brands are not created equal.) this recipe gets and A+. I don't eat meat. However, my son loved them and he's a picky eater.
If you try this recipe please let me know.
