Meal Planning Week of 9/15/2014
I finally found a
pizza dough recipe that I am in love with. I enjoyed the recipe so much that I
made pizza on Saturday and Sunday. (shhhh, let’s keep that a secret. ) I
noticed that I have been eating a lot of fried foods and I’m really trying to
cut back not saying pizza is a better option. My goal is to not have any fried foods during the week. However, I will leave room
for one cheat day on the weekends.
Anywho… what’s on the menu this week?
Monday:
Grilled Shrimp with a baked potato w/cheese, sour cream, and bacon bits
Tuesday: TBD
Wednesday: Anything Fresh Seafood
Thursday: Shrimp Grilled Cheese
Friday: Fried Rice
Saturday:
Veggie Pizza
Sunday: TBD
