Week of 7/28/14 Meal Plan


Happy Monday!

So last week was an epic fail with menu planning. Looking back, I either didn't eat dinner, I was still full from lunch or ate something else. So this week, I will be giving last week’s menu plan another try. If you haven’t noticed I’m a pasta, bread, rice kind of girl. Yes, I know those foods are horrible for me. However, I came across a recipe for Doubles. Seeing how I love bread. I knew this recipe would become close to my heart. I still have leftovers from last week so I plan on making it again today. (Everything that is in BOLD is from last week.)


Anywho… what’s on the menu this week?


Monday: Doubles (Trinidad and Tobago Dish)

Tuesday:  Open Sandwich 

Wednesday: Vegetarian Chimichangas 

Thursday: Veggie Gyro

Friday: TBD

Saturday: Sausage (semi vegan) Grinder 

Sunday: Baked Cheese Ravioli's
