This is the perfect summer time treat! I had the taste for
something sweet. I did not want to go to the store and spend a bunch of money on
ingredients. I looked up this recipe and realized I had pretty much had
everything on hand. The texture was similar to a loaf cake more than a pound
cake. However, this recipe was delicious. I love how super easy this recipe
was, and I look forward to making it again (maybe even with a different
topping.)
