Menu Planning: Week of 7/14


Happy Monday Everyone!

This week is the start of me sharing my weekly meal plan for myself. Since I'm the only vegatarian in the house and I find that spending time everyday is so time consuming. I plan on creating a meal plan for myself every Sunday and will post on Monday's

Week of July 14, 2014 Meal Plan:

For breakfast this week I plan on having a cup of tea and a refrigerator oatmeal with almonds, blueberries, and chia seed etc.

Monday: Shrimp Teriaki on a bed of Jasmine Rice

Tuesday: White Bean Soup with Garlic Bread

Wednesday: Homemade Hummus with Fry Jacks or Naan Bread

Thursday: Buffalo Cauliflower with Blue Cheese with a side Spinach Salad

Friday: Shrimp, tomato and Spinach pasta 

Saturday: TBD

Sunday: Spaghetti and (vegan) meatballs
