I can't believe that Thanksgiving is under seven days away. I have officially finalized our menu plan for Thanksgiving, and I couldn't wait to share it with you guys. Though I'm only cooking for my family. It was requested that we have a non-traditional menu. My family loves seafood, and we opted to go with more of a seafood theme this year instead of the traditional turkey. I love how easy seafood is to prepare, and it typically doesn't require a lot of cooking time. I believe the only meat option I'll be making is party wings. I haven't decided on what kind yet though.
