Teriyaki Sticks
Growing up, I loved going to my local Chinese restaurant and ordering some of my favorite foods. One of my favorite foods to order was the teriyaki sticks, I can't remember how many actually came with the order. however, I do remember how mouth-watering and juicy they were. I purchased thinly sliced steak for my son, and I wasn't sure what to do with it. On a whim, I decided to give making teriyaki sticks at home a try. He loved the recipe, and I'm so pleased with how easy it was to make.
Are you a fan with teriyaki sticks?
Recipe

- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound of flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 20 wooden skewers (8 inches long) soaked in water
Boil Directions
- Preheat grill on low
- In a large resealable bag, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Seal and shake the bag to mix together. Add steak strips to the bag and seal. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to marinate.

- Place steak on cookie sheet on the boil setting. Boil the steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
