My 2021 Vegetable Garden - What I Have Planted

by - 2/28/2021 12:00:00 AM

I’m super excited! This is the first year that I've started my garden this soon, if you remember, last year I started my garden super late, and my peppers didn’t get a chance to fully mature. My plan was to “overwinter” them. Unfortunately for me, I did not bring them inside before our first frost. I’m hoping to utilize my basement more in the future. I just didn’t have any more space in my garage to place the pepper plants near the windows. So far I have several veggies planted, and I’m super excited about the process. Below, I'm sharing a few of the items I've planted so far.

Do you plan on starting a garden this year?

What I've Started

Greenhouse Effect

  • Bell Peppers
  • Spanish Peppers

Winter Sowing

  • Eggplant
  • Swiss chard
  • Beets
  • Luffa
  • Roselle
  • Helichrysum

  1. I wish my husband would plant vegetables in our backyard. Your tomatoes look amazing and when Spring comes it is a good time to start planting.

  9. Your garden sounds awesome. I only have bell peppers started indoors at this point but plan on adding more to the garden once the weather is warm.
