Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bites

by - 7/14/2020 12:00:00 AM

I'm always asked where I get my protein since I no longer eat meat or seafood. Honestly, I have my days with protein shakes. Sometimes I want a protein shake and/or smoothie every day, and others I don't I'm only human. I typically, get my protein though from beans, seeds, quinoa, nuts, etc. During the summer months, the last thing I want to do is spend all day in the kitchen unless I'm meal prepping, and honestly, I love easy recipes that I can make on a whim. I'm so happy with these vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bites, no only are they good for you and packed with protein. They're super yummy as well, and even easier to make. Below, is a TikTok video sharing how I made this recipe.

Have you a fan of protein snacks?

  1. We are mostly vegan in my house but my son likes seafoood. He would love these nuggets and they seem packed with protein and flavor.
