Pineapple Ginger Beet Juice
During the summer months, I love trying new fresh fruit juices. It's so refreshing to have on a hot summer day. While doing my latest shopping trip. I decided to pick up some items to make fresh juice. Though I also picked up some lemons, and I've been making fresh maple syrup lemonade often. It's nice to change up the pace and add a new recipe to the mix. What I love about this recipe is that it has no added sugars. It can be made on a whim and can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Let's not forget about all of the amazing benefits pineapply, ginger, and beets have.

Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 1 small beet about 1/2 cup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until combined. (strain: optional) enjoy over a cup of ice. (store the rest in the refrigerator.)
