As I am trying to eat healthier. I decided to try making avocado Alfredo on a whim. I seen the cauliflower version. However, I had two avocados on hand. I searched YouTube first and shortly after went to my beloved Pinterest. I opted to sauté some yellow onions and garlic and then added everything into my food processor. I must say this meal was super simple to make and yummy too.
