Menu Planning Week of 10/6/204
I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! I sure did J we went to the Apple
Orchard over the weekend (blog post coming soon with the details) my tween had
a game yesterday. It was pouring outside all day Saturday and I had the chance
to bake/ prepare homemade sweet potato pie, apple pie filling (we have so many
apples), apple cider, and our favorite banana muffins. Yup, I went to bed
really, really, really early yesterday from being exhausted, LOL
Anywho… what’s on the menu this week?
Monday: White Clam Sauce on a bed of Spaghetti
Tuesday: Bang, Bang, Shrimp on a bed of Lettuce
Wednesday: TBD
Thursday: Homemade Corn Chowder
Friday: Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp
Saturday: TBD
