Pineapple and Coconut Circo Slush
On a whim over the
weekend I made this little treat. I actually was going to make popsicles and let’s
just say the Popsicle moldes were too cheap and broke. I had some of the mixture left over and decided to make a slushy. I love pineapple with a
hint of coconut Circo. So this made me a happy camper. This is a perfect
drink to have on a whim or to even make for a girls night or a get together
with family/friends. I plan on making this again. I love having actual
pineapple in my drinks which was a plus for me. This would also be the perfect
drink to garnish with fresh pineapple too.
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- ½ cup of Coconut Circo (more if
desired)
- 12 cubes ice
Directions
- In a blender combine pineapple chunks, Circo and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Freeze for 10-15 minutes in a freezer safe container (longer if needed). Once out of the freezer do a quick stir with a wooden spoon (just to make sure that everything is combined) Pour into glasses and serve.
