Do You Have Any Weekend Plans?

Happy Friday Everyone!

My family and I are really looking forward to this weekend. Plus I would love to get some projects done around the house... Due to the cold weather it has been impossible to get any spray painting done. I also need to start my inside garden (if it’s not too late).  I am also looking forward to making my kiddos some Easter treats and Baskets. I purchased a couple of items from Oriental Trading  (pictured below) a couple weeks ago. I know my kids are getting older and some people may think that they are too old to get a Easter basket but I truly enjoy making the baskets for them.



I usually recycle our baskets however, this year I decided to use these cute little boxes and embellish them. Well, enough rambling from me...

    Our weekend plans include working on finishing the new backyard playset for the kids. There was a bit of hardware missing, so unless that shows up today we won't *quite* finish... but enough for them to play on. :)

    My parents still do all the Easter baskets for our kids (and us. LOL). I'm thinking I should pick up something for them before they come on Sunday... My dad does love his PEEPS!

    one is NEVER too old for Easter treats . . Dad gave me treats until he died . . and I was in my early 40's then :0}
