I’m always looking for natural ways to whiten my teeth. Growing up, my mom shared how my grandmother would always add baking soda to her toothbrush, to brush her teeth. That’s an awesome option as well. You can also add one teaspoon to this paste as well. I’ve been using this mixture for several weeks now, I’m loving my results. I would suggest using this product at least once a week.
Have you used turmeric teeth whitening paste before?
Recipe
Ingredients- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (this should be a similar consistency to toothpaste)
- Apply a dime size amount to your toothbrush, and apply just like you’re brushing your teeth.
