4 Kitchen Essentials Every Kitchen Needs

I cook on a daily basis and I've found that having certain kitchen essentials just make cooking so much easier. From the time I could remember, I loved cooking. As a little girl, I would always be in the kitchen with my mom. I loved helping her cook our family meals and seeing the finish results. Those family moments is something that I will cherish. Below I'm sharing some of my favorite kitchen essentials.
4 Kitchen Essentials
Silpat Mat
I learned about the Silpat mat when I first started blogging. I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted to make the initial investment. I'm so happy that I did, I use my Silpat mat on a weekly basis. I actually own two one for meats and another for my baking needs.
Measure Cup
I would highly suggest investing in a good measuring cup. I have a four cup measuring cup that I love, it's super durable, I prefer to have a glass measuring cup. Especially when making smaller portion meals like pancakes or even cookies. A lot of times I'll just make the batters right in the mixing bowl for easy pouring.
Measuring spoons
Measuring spoons are a must-have. There are just some recipes that you should measure, especially if you're not comfortable eyeballing the amount.
Rubber Spatula
Several years ago I invested in a good spatula and it just makes things so much easier in the kitchen. It's perfect for scraping batters from bowls like cornbread and stuffing.
