My Menu Planning Monday: Week of 12/18/17
Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. My weekend was super busy. During this time of year, I assist families in need during the holidays. Which Friday was the official end date of our adopt a family holiday program with my nonprofit. However, I still have a couple of things that I need to take care of.
Also, this past Friday was my daughter's first official winter break from college. It’s nice that she didn’t go to school too far away. It makes it a lot easier when it’s time for her to come home for school break. Just Thankful that it wasn’t snowing and the roads were clear.
I also forgot to mention that Michael made the high school basketball time. He’s been struggling with time management this semester so I’m hoping that he will be able to stay on task with the requirements of the basketball team.
Anywho, how was your weekend? Any plans this week? Are you done Christmas shopping?

The recipes sound delicious!
ReplyDeleteOhh I though you was going to write you was busy this time of the year because the christmas decoration and shopping blablabla...I am very glad to read that you spend your time helping other people in need especially during the christmas and new years holiday! I wish more people could spend less time on things that doesnt matter and spend more time helping people. Not to make them feel great about themself but because they genuinly want to help. Thanks you for doing that!
ReplyDeleteThree cheers for pizza and wings!!!! Lol, that's how we used to eat back home but here it's just a night with pizza. I might have to add ziti to a menu soon that sounds good.
ReplyDeleteThat is so very nice of you! A little help during holidays would mean so much. That said, love Menu planning which I can copy a little :D
ReplyDeleteThis does look like a great menu. I am curious to how the Baked Ziti turns out. Sounds delicious anyway. Congrats to your son making the basketball team. I would just have to say that he may do even better with the time management than you think. Sometimes having a job or something like basketball can force you to develop those kind of beneficial time management skills.
ReplyDeleteThat is so nice of you that you assist families in need in this time of the year. Christmas is just about that...not just receiving but giving away to those who need it most.
