Their breadcrumbs add crunch and texture to your favorite recipes. My family loves Roasted Brussel Sprouts. It’s super easy to make and doesn’t require too much time in the oven. 

Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (each): garlic powder, freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/3 cup 4C Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
  3. Place in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly distributed and sprouts are well coated.
  5. Add in the Panko and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Again, toss gently to ensure the panko and parmesan coats all the sprouts.
  6. Transfer to a large baking sheet and spread the Brussel sprouts so they aren't overlapping.
  7. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until sprouts are tender, lightly browned, and the Parmesan cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on the hot Brussel sprouts.

Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients 
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup Cooked The Baconer Smoked Lardons
  • 1/4 cup. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Smoked Paprika, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Set the pan over medium-high heat and bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, cover pan with a lid, and let sit for 11 minutes. Drain, rinse eggs under cold water and peel.
  2. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out cooked yolks into a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, and mustard to the bowl, then mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon mixture into each egg. Garnish with Cooked The Baconer Smoked Lardons and paprika and serve.
