Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I wanted to share with you a super easy recipe that your entire family will love. What I love about this recipe is that it doesn't require too many ingredients and too much time in the oven.  This recipe is perfect to make on a whim.  Whether you decide to make for Thanksgiving or to have it on rotation on your menu plan.

What's your favorite Thanksgiving side?

Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (each): garlic powder, freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/3 cup 4C Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
  3. Place in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter and olive oil.
  4. Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly distributed and sprouts are well coated.
  5. Add in the Panko and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Again, toss gently to ensure the panko and parmesan coats all the sprouts.
  6. Transfer to a large baking sheet and spread the Brussel sprouts so they aren't overlapping.
  7. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until sprouts are tender, lightly browned, and the Parmesan cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on the hot Brussel sprouts.
