Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (each): garlic powder, freshly cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup 4C Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Trim and slice the Brussel sprouts in half.
- Place in a large bowl and drizzle melted butter and olive oil.
- Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly distributed and sprouts are well coated.
- Add in the Panko and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Again, toss gently to ensure the panko and parmesan coats all the sprouts.
- Transfer to a large baking sheet and spread the Brussel sprouts so they aren't overlapping.
- Bake for 18-23 minutes or until sprouts are tender, lightly browned, and the Parmesan cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on the hot Brussel sprouts.

ReplyDeleteThese sprouts look unreal! I love making these with a nice piece of steak.
ReplyDeleteWe love sprouts and I think I need to make them this way to change them up a little and these would be great with our grilled chicken
ReplyDeleteThese is the season for Brussel Sprouts and I will be making them for Christmas so it will be a lovely change to roast them rather than boil them.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried Brussels Sprouts in a long time. I never liked them as a kid, but this recipe looks like I need to try it.
ReplyDeleteYou know, I never liked them when I was a kid so I didn't try them as an adult. I may...who knows? And def. roasted!
