5 Things You Need for a Cruise
As I type this post, I’m currently at the airport returning from my cruise. As my mind is fresh on travel. I thought it would be good to share with you guys 5 Things You Need for a Cruise from a newbies perspective.
Powerstrip
Your room will most likely only have one outlet. Purchase a power strip that suits your needs.
Waterbottle
If you bring your own sodas/beverages or plan on purchasing a drink package. This may not be a priority. However, It was so convenient for me to have a water bottle. The cups that they offer on Carnival cruise are super small, and they’re some type of plastic material.
Sunscreen
Trust me, this is non-negotiable. Just pack it!
First AID Kit
Though we didn’t need any of the items I purchased for our trip. It was so nice to have everything on hand that was tailored to my family's needs.
Two Forms of ID
If you do not have a passport you need an ID and birth certificate
Have you taken a cruise before? Any tips?

These tips will help everyone who will be making the next cruise. Having sunscreen and a first aid kit will avoid any emergencies that can arise.
ReplyDeleteI would never have thought of a power strip! That is such a good tip, hands up I don't know how we would cope with just one plug socket.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I dont feel like I ever need anything different for a cruise than I do for a hotel stay! They typically have all the same amenities - if not more - which is only another reason why I love cruises! :)
ReplyDeleteI'll keep these in mind. I hope to go in a cruise one day. I know I'd love it. I bring sunscreen no matter where I go!
ReplyDeleteWe always travel with a powerstrip and it's so smart to travel with. There is no room big enough for us ALL to plug in our phones AND my son's CPAP machine.
ReplyDeleteI definitely have to agree with the sunscreen. We went on a cruise recently and it was awesome but you really have to protect your skin while enjoying the activities.
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to take a short cruise, but haven't because of the fear of the unknown. This is a huge help.
