I noticed that when making vegan-friendly recipes that I typically focus on appetizers and desserts. One of my all-time favorite meals to have is chick'n parm. What I love about this recipe is that it's super easy to make on a whim, and it's also perfect for meal planning as well. You can also add as much vegan cheese as you would love. Who doesn't love cheese?!
As a mom, I'm always looking for better alternatives for my family. Though I love pasta. I want to make sure that I'm making the best quality pasta for my family.
