One thing I love most about summer is trying new recipes. I tried Mexican corn on the Cobb yesterday for the first time for dinner and paired it with chipotle taco shrimp #Winning.
I did a combination of two recipes
Boiled the corn and allowed the corn to cool
Used 1/2 cup of mayo and added a splash of lime juice
Applied the mayo mixture to the corn with the back of a spoon
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Drizzled the corn with melted butter
