Blue (Week 4 of 52)

Something old something new, something borrowed something blue. Okay, so this is not a love story about getting married. I wanted to post about a pottery item my son made for me (I'm still trying to figure out what it is) anywho, with my only child turning twelve next month. I find my self getting a little sad about him getting older. Little sentimental items like this make me smile. I know once he's all grown I'm going to pull this item out and smile about the day he gave it to me. 

Do you save any of the stuff your children give to you?that they make at school?

    I save my daughter's little projects. Maybe you could use it to hold spare change on a counter in the kitchen. He did a great job.

    This is so sweet and yes, I save everything!! I am a hoarder when it comes to my children's notes, letters, and projects dedicated to me. These are treasures for life, for sure.

    I have kept all of my children's artwork one of my major projects is to find a way to effectively store and date them. It doesn't matter what it is he made it for his Mama!!
