Happy Belated Mother’s Day! I spent my weekend
relaxing, hosting an awesome Mom’s Night out party, and spending time with my
amazing mom on Mother’s Day. Without our
amazing moms we wouldn’t be here!!! & of course my local radio station
played “Dear Momma” by the late Tupac all weekend (love that song)
Any who, back to my Mom’s Night Out Party… Were you aware
that we have a day just for us besides Mother’s Day??? Yes, hunnie National Moms
night out day which is a day that you leave the kids with your spouse and hit
the ground running. LOL just kidding, it’s a day that you spend with your
friend and family. You know, go out and get your nails done, go to the movies
and see Mom’s Night Out or go to your
friends house and have an amazing time with
girl talk over drink and food.
My National Mom’s night out has turned into a fun filled
weekend all about me. I went to see Mom’s Night Out on Friday which is a must
see movie. I had my party on Saturday and Sunday was all about Mother's Day.
During my party sponsored by Moms Night Out, guest enjoyed
Jazz & old school R & B music courtesy of my Pandora on my computer. I wanted
to have a mixture of appetizers and also some food that would be filling to
some. So I made (homemade) Stuffed shells and Sweet & Sour Shrimp. (sn: you
guys know I’m a vegetarian so you have to expect some type of seafood for my
meals, lol) Of course I had wine and bottled water as well. Guessed also enjoyed “Goodie” bags filled with
awesome treats.
We had so much fun!! I am truly thankful for friends and family who took the time
out of their day to spend with me. I look forward to doing something like this again in
the near future. Thank you Moms Night

this sounds like a good time. I needed something like that here. Being that this is my first Mothers day I have no idea what I should be doing. This sounds like fun and the food looked good!
