Shrimp with Cream of Chicken Soup

Hello Everyone & Happy Friday!

I am always trying something new, when it comes to cooking dinner for my family. Some days, I really have no idea what to make. My husband and son, at times are really picky eaters. So when life throws you lemons you make lemonade right??? Well, that just happened with the meal below. I had no idea what to make for dinner, it was after soccer practice for me tween, and I looked at what I had and made it work. Yes, I was taking a huge risk, because they may not have liked it. But sometimes, you just have to believe in what you are making and always cook with love :). My family loved the recipe and raved about how yummy it was... Anywho, This was something I just whipped up, and wanted to share with you guys.

Happy Friday!

Recipe:
1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 bag of pre-cooked shrimp- more of less to your liking (thawed)

1 bag of frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, squash etc)

Dash of salt (or season to your liking)

Dash of garlic powder (or season to your liking)

Dash of onion powder (or season to your liking)

1 tablespoon butter

Place the pre-cooked shrimp on medium heat in a sauce pan, season with the seasonings above and butter. Once, all ingredients are combined (about 3-5 minutes) add can of Cream of Chicken soup and combine well. Add veggies and reduce heat to simmer and until veggies are cook (for 10-15 minutes) in a covered pan. Once veggies are cooked to your liking, serve in a bowl or pier with rice.
