I am always in a partying planning mood, I love coordinating events and seeing everything come together. My friends and family always ask when I'm going to have girls night or a cookout at my house. Well to my surprise Chrissy over at The Taylor House shared a fabulous"Favorite Things" themed party, This party gave me an ah-ha moment. So of course naturally, I went into party planning mood. I shared the idea with the Mr. and he said go for it, so I did! Immediately, I started a guest list with ten people that I would like to participate. I know most likely the color scheme will include Pink! Below are a few details of the event and how I plan on executing/ FAQ.

Number of Participants? 10
Favorite thing's? All (10) items have to be the same however, each item can be a different scent/color i.e. I love Revlon nail polish. However, I am going to bring a variety of my favorite colors.
What is the price range? The "favorite things" price range is $3-$5 dollars.
Full menu/Cocktail or desert party? Cocktail
Are the guest required to wrap the items? No, this is optional

Now I have to pick a date and send the invites out! I love the idea, I having a million dollar look for the fraction of the cost :).

Do you have girls night at your house? Any tips? Are you planning one?

  4. This is a great idea. Me and my girls usually plan a getaway trip out of town to have our girl's night. This idea is certainly more affordable and convenient.
