Lunch is one of the most important meals of the day. It sets you up for the rest of your day and it's a chance to refuel. I usually just have a salad and a sandwich, sometimes just a bowl of fruit and water.

ReplyDeleteI eat lunch earlier than most at 11. I sometimes have cereal or sometimes a full blown meal!
ReplyDeleteI eat my first meal of the day between 11 and 12. I just don't wake up hungry and feel better eating later. I love eggs and fruit, or granola and yogurt, and sometimes just a sandwhich and pop corn. I eat a snack about 3 (usually a protein bar and fruit) and eat full dinner around 6.

DeleteI am more of a snack person and I like to eat later. I do like sandwiches, pasta, and fruit for lunch.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite lunch are just veggies and hummus, chips and salsa, little things like that. I typically don't eat a big lunch because I eat a big breakfast.

ReplyDeleteI am a Bengali Indian woman, and rice is our staple diet! So I love to have rice with dal, fries, meat/fish curry for my lunch 🙂. A heavy meal, haha 😬.
