A morning routine is a series of habits that you perform at the start of your day. It can be as simple as taking a shower or as complex as preparing for the day ahead. The key is to find what works for you and stick to it. It’s important to take care of yourself, not just your work.
When you feel good, you are more productive and creative. The following tips will help you develop a daily routine with self-care practices:
1) Plan out your week in advance so that you know when you have time for yourself.
2) Take care of your mental health by doing things like reading, meditating, or hanging out with friends and family.
3) Eat healthy foods that make you feel energized and good.
4) Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day.
5) Listen to your favorite music, podcast or audiobook and enjoy the calm it brings.
Take care of yourself:-Write in a journal every day-Meditate-Spend time with friends and family; being social is good for mental health-Eat healthy.
A healthy routine is a key to a good life. It is the foundation of our success and happiness. It is what makes us feel fulfilled and content with our lives. A routine can be anything from a morning coffee, to doing yoga, or even taking a walk in nature. The habits that we develop in our daily routine will shape who we are as people and how we feel about ourselves. If you want to make changes in your life, it starts with your daily routine. The first step to developing a good routine is understanding what your needs are. Some people need meditation, others need fitness. The biggest mistake that we make in our routines is not prioritizing what really matters to us and struggling with the rest. What matters most to you? Maybe it's working out, or maybe it's reading a book at night before bed. A good routine should be what makes you feel good, not what other people think is good for you. It should be flexible so that it can change with your needs and lifestyle. People often feel discouraged when they realize they need to make changes in their routines to accommodate themselves and their changing needs over time, but adding new habits into your daily routine shouldn't discourage you, it should actually encourage you.

I try to do a lot of these. I know I need a better daily routine that doesn't include stuffing chocolate in my face.
