Warm Lemon Water
Not only is warm lemon water known to keep you hydrated. Lemon's anti-inflammatory properties help in fighting respiratory tract infections, sore throat, and inflammation of tonsils.
Vegan Hot Chocolate
Not only is Cacao powder a good source of iron, potassium, naturally occurring protein and fiber, and also has been known to boost your immune system.
Kick-Ass Immune
I originally purchased this product to have on hand for my travels. As of lately, I've been using it as my emergency defense on busy days.
Vitamin-C
I take vitamin-C daily. I typically take it at night. Not sure if there is a correct time to take it. However, it has really become a part of my daily routines. (This is the brand I use here)
Rest
It's so important to make sure that you're getting adequate rest. Trust me, your body needs it.
Are you doing anything to boost your immune system?
