Fall Nighttime Skincare Routine

by - 10/17/2019 12:00:00 AM

This year I attended a Derma E skincare event and it was really life-changing for me and my skincare routine. I learned that my skin wasn't in the best shape and I really needed to revamp my skincare routine. I am still using some of the same products from last year. However, I still have incorporated a couple of new products as well. If you follow me on Instagram, I love trying new beauty products and change up my skincare routine based on the products I've tried. What I will say is that I've noticed a great change with my skin, and I'm so happy with the products that I'm currently using.

  1. I really need to try that sugar scrub. My skin gets so dry and scaly this time of year.

  6. Great suggestions. I need to try the dark circle corrector and I love the sound of a moisturizing oil. The older I get the dryer my skin gets.

I suffer from acne and it drives me bonkers. I've been better about cleaning my skin and doing what I can to prevent acne. But there are times when it isn't enough. I haven't found the right combination of things to try. Acne medications tend to over dry my skin and moisturizing too much causes problems. I'm planning on trying light therapy or a facial.

  8. I keep my skincare regime fairly simple and I always use all natural products. Switching from traditional toner to apple cider vinegar has worked wonders.

  10. Having a great skin care routine is a must. Especially as the season changes affect how dry it is.
