Summer is really flying by, I can't believe in a month my kiddos will be heading back to school, and I'll have a college and high schooler entering their junior year. I'm so happy for them, and honestly, I really don't know where the time went. The weather has been gorgeous in Connecticut this summer, and I've been so grateful for the days that we have gotten rain, especially for my garden.

My garden has really taken a backseat this year, I had so many seeds that were dug up, and I didn't even start a fall garden, I only planted the basics this year. I'm truly thankful for the items that I was able to harvest.

We haven't started school shopping, we will probably just purchase the basics. I've noticed, as my kiddos have gotten older, the list change with each stage of their life.
