Summer is one of my favorite months. I enjoy really being outside from watching the sunrise to sunset. Though I love the summer. One of my least favorite aspects is my menstrual cycle. Below I’m sharing Ways to Make Your Period Easier This Summer w/ the New! Summer’s Eve® FreshCycle ™.
Dress for Success
I love the saying “Dress for Success” it's so important when it’s that time of the month to wear clothes that are flattering and make you happy. I have key pieces that I put together that I love to wear during my menstrual cycle. The clothing feels amazing against my skin. It’s super flowy and flattering. I feel amazing wearing those items and it really helps with being in the slump of being in your menstrual cycle.
H2o
It’s so important to stay hydrated during your menstrual cycle. It’s so easy to get dehydrated and fatigued due to your body losing more fluids during the summer months. Keep a water bottle on hand, I like to fill my water bottles throughout the day, and at night to ensure that I have my water ready for me in the morning to kickstart my day.
Say No To Bloat
Salt has the tendency for your body to retain water, try to avoid eating foods which lead to bloat. Such as broccoli and carbonated drinks.
Stay Active
During my menstrual cycle, the last thing on my mind is to be active. Trust me, the first day of my cycle I could honestly stay in bed all day. However, living on the east coast, each summer day is so precious to me. Even if I go for a ten-minute walk or even a walk around my neighborhood. I feel so much better after just by staying active.
ReFresh
During my cycle, I keep the NEW! FreshCycle™  Feminine Cleansing Cloths. I leave the cloths and the No-Rinse Cleansing Foam in my bathroom, and the individually wrapped soft pack Cleansing Cloths in my bag. It’s so nice to refresh throughout the day and it really makes me feel a lot better, especially while on the go. What I love about these products is that they’re proven to reduce period odor. They are also clinically and gynecologist tested.
Perfect to keep on hand, especially during the summer months and the individually wrapped Cleansing Cloths conveniently fits in your pocket, wallet and small bags. I love that my local Target carries them. I just add them to my running Target shopping list to ensure that I'm fully stocked for my cycle. You can also save on the NEW Summer’s Eve® FreshCycle™ products by visiting your local Target store. They currently have a Cartwheel offer.
Have you tried the NEW! FreshCycle™ line?
