Happy Friday!-Indoor Tag Sale Finds

by - 2/10/2012 06:49:00 AM

Two weeks ago Saturday. My son had a basketball game (like he usually does), and upon arriving. I noticed signs for an indoor tag sale. I really did not know what to expect. I have never been to an indoor tag sale. Especially attending one in the winter time was a total plus. I wanted to share with you guys my thrifty finds!

Everything in this picture came to a total of $3.00.

$.50 for the glass bowl

All of the little glass bottles were free!!!!!! Total score, I really wanted to do my happy dance. I asked the really nice lady. How much she wanted for the bottles, and she stated if you want them you can have them. I am still happy about finding them (little bottles can be so expensive).

I purchased the Swarovski crystal initials at target during their after Christmas sale for about a dollar each, and I decided to use them now (why not right?). Other than that, everything except for the crystal bowl in this picture was purchased at the tag sale. Also one of the glasses broke last week. I almost passed out (yes, I know I am so dramatic) I have been wanting that style of glasses for so long and I only paid a dollar for a pair. Hubby told me that he will replace it, off course I am not going to allow him to. To me these were my Waterford Crystals.

  3. I really love the finds, very creative use for the letters. What do you plan to do with those little bottles, I need some and don't want to pay the asking price for them- I am currently looking for something to do with a bunch of wine glasses I bought on clearance years ago that I just know the moment I get rid of, I will need for something!

I will be using them for the vanilla extract that I will be making, I may even put little labels on them.
